okay so now that we know you we have the space, all we need is to agree on a date. after that some more of us (myself included) can and will step up and take care of everything else. Just to throw a date out there, how about april 4th? I'm all for waiting for nicer weather but if we're not holding the event outside it weather shouldn't be a huge factor unless something crazy comes up.

Excellent. The Ft Lee Meet will take place on April 4th at a venue to be determined my Mvcrash and No-ligs23 will work out the agenda.

Very cool. April 4th sounds great. I'm so excited, especially since I missed the last one. I can't make any promises, but I might be able to get an HD camera for the event, film it, give it some graphics, and post it up.

I have a regular digital camera which I would have no problems bringing, but I might be able to get a HD camera on loan for the event. I'll have to do some investigating. Originally Posted by Nolig23

Sunday, April 4th is in fact Easter Sunday. If held that day I wouldn't be able to attend as may be the case with some.
