Whoever is organizing should just pick a day and let that be it. We're never going to all agree if we know there's flexibility in the date. Pick a date and post it.

Yup, I agree. That's why I said it was going to be the 4th when that was the first date that got posted. It worked really well, till that fluffy little bunny messed things up...
