You can grab the A train to the 175th St. Station, directly above which is a bus station. As you exit the long train station tunnel keep going straight to the "long distance bus" sign and take a small bus that's going toward Bergenline. From there you can just get off at the first Main St. Fort Lee stop at a bank and that should put you within walking distance. Otherwise, take any bus at the 175th St. Station going across the bridge, get off at the first stop, and take the stairs to the overpass where you can find a taxi stand if you walk north.

I have been monitoring this, but count me out. I just can't make it on the 24th. I have a wedding on the 23rd and after driving back to L.I. on the 24th, not sure I can make it all the way out to Jersey on the 24th.

Sucks! I was really looking forward to this. I hope there is another meet up soon. Are any members here on Long Island by any chance?

I'm driving to the meet from Staten Island by myself. If anyone needs a ride and is wiling to take the ferry in from Manhattan we get to the meet together. All you need to do is let me know and be on the 9:30 am boat.

Jim of .Vintage Blades had intended on attending out little get together but due to a conflict was is not able to attend. He informed me he was going to send me some "goodies" to give away as door prizes.

I guess we'll just draw numbers and the first one picked gets to pick the prize they want, and so on.

Here is what Jim sent to our little get together:
