I was thinking officially 11 AM, which allows for traveling. I will be there by 0930 making sure the coffee is hot!!

I'm gonna try to attend this meet if I can find the time. So what should I bring? I'm newish don't really have anything unique to show. But I am just wondering what the protocol is for such meetings thanks to all that made this prossible.

I've never been to a meet before either, but I'd say bring whatever you have questions about or need help with. That's what I'm going to do.

Bring whatever you've got that you'd like to show off or would like help with (including dull razors for others to hone, hones you have that you'd like advice with, etc)

Wish I knew about this sooner! I live about 20 miles away!
It would be very neat to watch, learn and make new friends. Especially because I am new to SR shaving.
