Thanked: 0If you guys feel like organising another meeting in December consider me there. Even better if its in Wales like mentioned earlier this thread. I'll keep a look out for events like this. Willing to travel all the way from Australia if the timing is right.

I've got a lovely old Sheffield blade that I'll bring along to hand sand. I've got some horn as well so I can probably do some scale making as well.
Looking forward to seeing you folks there!

I think it will definitely help my learning curve to meet some of you gents with experience!
I'll see what I can do, would very much like to make it, but will have to run it past Mrs.Paddy first

Thanked: 5I, my wife and my oldest son was thinking about going to London this summer. I will try my best to persuade them to go at the "correct" dates and let me off the hook for a couple of days. I will let you know how it goes...

Thanked: 67This sounds great!! I've got two razors that I'd like to polish up and re-pin, so if anyone wants to pin and polish, let's make sure that we collectively bring tools. And as for scale making... I'm completely in. I've got two blades that need scales and I'd love to either see how it's done, or actually do it.

I might be able to make it, I'm away filming till the 15th, which may extend, but I won't know until a few days before. If I can make it I'll bring a couple of blades, norton stones, strop etc.
Justin.

Thanked: 67So: who's bringing what? Must I bring a hammer, anvil and vice? or will someone else bring one? And are you actually suggesting that we bring power tools??? That's hysterical! I'd bring a Dremel if someone would buy me a whisky.
This RazorCon would rock if I could polish two blades and repin them. Making scales would almost be too much to ask for.
And dancing girls... will there be any dancing girls? I'd shave a stripper if it meant winning the Lather In Public contest.
