I was going to bring my Dremel, plus mini anvil and a hammer.

I'm also going to bring sandpaper (120 up to 1200) and micromesh (1800 up to 12,000) plus MAAS. That'll get a blade cleaned up really well! I get that from Restoration Supplies.co.uk. The prices are good and the service is great.

What scale material are you looking to use? I need to grab a few more scale materials so I was planning to order some stuff before the meet.

I get my horn from Highland Horn, and I can get micartas, ivory substitute and other stuff from GPS Agencies down south.

If you're after anything let me know and I can order it for you when I place my order. Saves on postage!

I can also bring brass rod as I have a load of that.

I'm not sure if I can mail order any strippers in though...!

Are you serious??? This is awesome! I'd love to make a set of horn, ebony and blue micarta scales. I surely have three blades in need of a home.

and for everyone else: Please bring your razors down to hone!

    Attendees:

I have just done some emailing with Jorunn, the proprietor of Fitjar soap here in Norway.
She has very kindly offered to throw in a new exciting product of theirs in this years raffle.
Ever more reasons to come to this event

    I can't wait!

Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

    Hey folks,

As if you needed any more reasons to attend (beer, razors, honing, restoration, an awesome giveaway and great company), my other half is going to make a razor cake as well which I'll bring along..!

When I say razor cake I mean a cake that is shaped like a razor. She's a very good baker, so I'm excited to see the finished result!

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Here's me thinking it would have razor blades inside the cake! It's looking like my chances of making this are pretty good at the moment, happy days and fingers crossed...

Hi, I have just joined the forum.

And while I have been shaving with a straight razor for a short while and it feels like I still have lot and lot to learn – a mountain to climb really.
I live in London and Razorcon in Fulham seems the perfect opportunity if some of you experienced guys are willing to put up with yet another newbie.

Would be great if I could pop by, bring my razors and ask lots of questions…

    Chris
