Really looking forward to this, looks like there are quite a few more toronto locals on this site.

October 1st is out for me. I have 2 school 50th anniversary reunions to juggle.

It looks as if everyone enjoyed the last meet and maybe the meets will become a fairly regular thing, so I'm sure I'll catch up with you all another time anyway.

Also I'm out of str8 shaving for the next little while. I've got a Gem SE razor with a Continental blade that I'm trying to see how long I can go without honing it, just stropping. The last Continental lasted 15 days and it had already been used 'some' before I started. Today was the second day on the fresh Continental.

I picked up two framebacks since the last meet. I've also misplaced two framebacks since the last meet.

I also picked up an ammunition tumbler/brass casing vibration tumbler/cleaner. Nope. Doesn't seem to work for me. I guess I have to go back to hand sanding to clean up old blades.

I'll 'subscribe' to this thread so I'll know if the date ends up other than the October 1st weekend.

Worst comes to worst, we can hang out at my place and hone razors. I'm always up for that.

Why not rent a bus and crash someone elses meet (should hold us over until we can have our own)

Well, I'm up for a meet, a casual get together or just about anything else.

My only condition is that if its going to be Maxi's place that I be allowed to come with a few pints of good beer

I only own one razor, and no honing stones, so I'll have watch and hopefully learn something

I totally in for any meet. Last time I think I pm'ed everyone in the GTA to kick them in the ass.

Good beer is always welcome at my place...

...you can use my stones...and probably most others'...we're not overly territorial with these things....
