Why don't we combine the Carolinas and have a large meet up? Charlotte, Greenville or Columbia would be a mutual area. Sure, some members will have to drive a bit, but it'll be worth it. We may have a few come from ATL area and such as well. Thoughts?

Thanked: 33I would love to get a meetup going. I am also willing to put in a lot of the legwork. I have venues and outings in mind, and if nothing else, if we decide to go outside of Charlotte, I will at least show up...
"Charlotte meetup," lets shoot for April 13-14 or 20-21. What say you? PM me to get the ball rolling! And may your face always be BBS!

Sounds good. We might be able to slip a mini-Triangle meetup while you're in our area for Balboa.

Well, let's get busy. Who all is in? Can we start finding out others in the area and PM'ing them here?

Yochatman will be here, the Triangle, in November. Maybe he can chime in when. I intend on PMing a moderator to locate NC and SC members and maybe try B&B as well. Also, just found another local person who is a long time straight razor person, who hones and restores...if we can take him away from his piano studies for a while.
If we get enough people in both states, maybe we can produce an ideal date and location central to most.
