I will be in dance workshops and dances all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday the 2nd-4th of November. I am sure I could sneak away for an hour, but I would be really hard pressed to do more than that. EBC is a pretty hardcore event... Maybe I should give a shaving talk.

The talk's an idea. Is the EBC in Raleigh or Greensboro this time?

I love swing, mainly lindy hop or Ii would be there. Balboa looks pretty cool though.

Sorry, I keep meaning to do that, but haven't. I've been getting in from work late. This week my mother went into the hospital and I've been going back and forth to Winston-Salem from Durham. I did get our little 4 person thing together for Saturday, but that's all, so far. I will not mind if you want to contact a mod for a list. Let me know. If I get a chance tonight (just got in from work and have to eat), I will do so, but wouldn't mind some help.

Successful first Triangle Get Together. 2 1/2 hours of talk, showing razors, learning, enjoying. Plans for workshop on all things Straight Razor, scale-making, honing, buffing, grinding, etc. by the more experienced Chapel Hill Member. I work again tomorrow, but will promise myself to PM a mod to get the NC SC thing going.

I PMd a B&B moderator who said we couldn't do a blanket PM or email and that they don't have ability to gather NC/SC members list. I'm waiting for a response from SRP mod. Probably will be the same....use a Get Together thread.

You have to really want to find a Get Together thread, so I'm wondering if a thread in General Shaving talk area asking for NC and SC people to sign in. I saw something like that for Southerners.

If you have a lunch break on Saturday the 3rd or Sunday the 4th, the 4 of us could meet with you for lunch in Raleigh near wherever the workshops are held this time. Let me know and we'll meet you.
