Brian put on another great Get-Together! You know you're having fun when everyone forgets to take pictures. We had some honing lessons and quite a few guys making their own scales! Thanks guys!!

Great time tonight at the hones. Alan showed me more in ten minutes than I learned all year. I really hated leaving. Thanks again Brian for hosting the event and some tips.

I got a few pictures! Man, can't believe how fast 5 hours went by... My horn scales and polished blade turned out awesome! Not bad for my first attempt at making scales!

Thanked: 32Looks like you had another a great event. Sorry I wasn't able to make it out again, but maybe next time. I'd like to spend some time learning to hone. I'm still using the razor I made scales for at the previous event.

Yeah next time I'll be focusing on honing. I have not even touched a stone before.
