Well guys, Sorry to say the try for oysters and crawfish to bring is a bust. The oysters won't travel well enough and crawfish do not come into season till about January.

Guess we'll just have to eat "Yankee" food. OK, Ya gotta understand here in New Orleans if yer above Baton Rouge your a Yankee.

It is my pleasure to do bbq. I am not a pro by any means but I can stand my ground. I enjoy doing it for the fellow shavers.
Have a safe trip down Randy!!

That is Winston. A Pembroke Welsh Corgi. My second best friend, next to my Son. He is always following me around the house. Especially when he smells or sees me working in the kitchen. I call him my shallow water retriever. Any more than 4 in. of water and he would be swimming. I figure if I had 40 of them I could try the Iditarod!LOL!!
Oh yeah, my first best friend? That would be my wife!!
