While the straight razor community has lost a friend his family has lost far more.
He left a legacy here with his knowledge, expertize, wit and sometimes 'mischief' he was always more than willing to help others with no regard of any type of pay back.
He gave from his heart.
He was a Great Guy and he will be missed by so many. Myself included.Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.

This as come as quite a shock to be perfectly honest as I've spoken with Neil over the last few months and I genuinely believed Neil was definitely on the mend shocking news to my ears.

Indeed, even as a relative newcomer to this community, I found his posts to be incredibly informative in all aspects. Obvious a tragic loss to his family, but the loss of that lore . . .
