Thread: Rest in Peace Bob/lz6

I am very saddened to post that Bob Blum aka lz6 passed away peacefully this past Friday.

Bob was kind, unassuming, and extremely generous. Bob loved our community immensely and his integrity and wisdom have been invaluable to us.

As many of you know as a young lad he served in Vietnam with great honor as a pathfinder and throughout his life he kept in touch with his detachment and supported them in every deployment.
Being always eager to help he led our “operation WetShave” with great success and we couldn’t have asked for a better person.

Bob was passionate about our hobby and he enjoyed refurbishing old razors, tinkering in his garage. He enjoyed using his straight razors right until his last few weeks.

With his passing we lost a great man who was deeply loved and respected by all.
