I was fortunate enough to have met Richard on a couple of occasions at razor meets.

He was kind, giving and not afraid to let you know where he stood on things.

This is a very tough loss for all of us that had the pleasure of knowing him.

Rest in eternal peace my old friend.

I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but I always had a smile when I saw a post from him. It sounds as if he touched many folks on this forum and that his life was well lived.

There really isn’t much else that needs to be said.

    God bless you Gezzer.
Richard was a true gentleman. Always helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Richard was the mentor I looked up to the most when I first started out.

I never met him either but feel like i knew him from SRP and Wet Shavers Workshop. I won a nice 7/8s razor that he had donated to the giveaway. He PM'd me about it wondering how i liked it. I assured him it would stay in my collection. I think of him when i use it. RIP Richard.
