Heaviest stuff in the back seat?!?!
Wow! Imagine being in a wreck. 50-75 lb projectiles flying about. Reminds me of the old days driving a service van with no cage.Iron by iron is sharpened, And a man sharpens the face of his friend. PR 27:17

Thanked: 4206Just getting caught up and this is sad news.
Randy was a great mentor and friend to many on here and in his actual community.
He will be missed greatly.

Went through all the threads on the meets at Charlies, Ron.
Brought a lump.
Found lots of pics. Randy enjoyed the chairs immensely. Did not find the requested combination, but perhaps this will suffice.....

Thanked: 4206When he was downsizing his shop stock he sent me a load of metal and body working files that were instrumental in finishing off the MG.
Very generous guy that supported a lot of us in our technical projects.
And he could evidently rock a Derby too."Depression is just anger,, without the enthusiasm."

Gotta love a good derby...although I thought it was a bowler.

I often told him that with that hat people who didn't know would think he was bluesman. Especially when he started wearing pajama bottoms as work pants.

Good bye friend, I will always miss the road trips and the days long conversations. I guess we will have to pick up where we left off later.
