You seem to have a problem taking people's word for it ? It is as if since you don't have the skill to get that level of sharpness and smoothness out of the 8k you jump to the conclusion that no one else could do it either.

Looking at your posting history, short though it is, I see you do not like the 8k, you do not like pyramid honing, and finally you do like gold dollar razors. Unusual for a new member to be so opinionated, and in a way that counters conclusions that most members of SRP have drawn from hands on experience over multiple years.
