    Yes, Steve, soak the Chosera about 2 or three minutes before use and spray with plenty of water when in use.

    Jamie....I've used the dressing stone many of times as a slurry stone, but only with the Chosera.

    Its great for total edge restoration, and can be diluted as such a stone. Think "Turbo charger"

    But yes, clean it off for proper 1k stria, and to finish the bevel set.

    Steve...I keep my brown turd in a coffee cup full of water, all the time. And I only use it with my Chosera. The super stones are too soft for it. It was intended for the Chosera, only.

    I think your gonna be impressed on its cutting ability, compared to other bevel setter's you've used.

    Follow it up with your Washita, see the difference in stria.

    And tape your spine. Har.!
