You have a fine example of the top end vintage coticule. that 'special' says it was the best grade sold at the time.
Have more foresight than to sell it, please. You got very lucky.

Oh believe me, it won't be sold atm. I'm having a lot of fun actually honing razors I can shave with! I'm getting another coticule in the mail to compare it to. Thanks for the info, I had no idea!
