    They're all the same thickness, or so I'm told--the only difference is the base or lack thereof.

    I really have to pick one of these up... lots of names I respect and trust are saying so many good things about them! Besides, who doesn't love a new razor toy?

    I pulled the trigger on my latest HAD. Found it at www. chefknivestogo.com 86.95 (thanks Dylan) and free shipping. Cant wait !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You're welcome... wherever I mentioned them. Chefknives seems like the best deal if you order it alone, but if you are going to tack on something extra (like a DMT to lap, or treat yourself to a Thater [which you will refrain from flushing down your toilet like I did] or some English Bridle), SRD is likely the better choice.

    For the Canadian boys and girls:

    Google "Paul's Finest". I just picked one up for $73. With taxes and shipping it came to $95, and that included the extra bit for faster shipping. I really wanted this one quick.
