Thanked: 1936Update. This stone that I have is worthless for razors. I dug out some occlusions and there just seems to be more and more that the eye can't see.

Thanked: 0Perhaps,It is ohzuku ceiling suita or Osaki ceiling suita with Karasu pattern.
It may be far softer for razor. Mainly it is suitable for Jito etc

Thanked: 1936I plan on trying it as a slurry stone for my Nakayama Asagi that is a GOOD stone. If it's not good for that, then NO, it is not worth a penny for razors. I have PM'd the vendor about this, waiting for a reply.

Thanked: 1936You have a good point on the scratches, may try it on a PHIG or just crap can it. I couldn't in my right mind sell it to someone who may try it on a straight razor.
