Which one is it or is my monitor off base?
Your monitor is ready for the garbage bin apparently.

Then why do all the other pics of different hones look correct and this is the first CF that looks like this when all the other CF's have not?

Oh well, no sense in continuing this, the winner of the auction will tell us.

On my monitor it is a yellow-green-grey-'ish color.
    Color could be anything really.

Yup, the one buying it will figure it out for sure.
If it looks cream/coti-ish on your monitor, it probably needs a minor color calibration. It can also be the browser you are using, some browsers reacts to images tagged with a color profile.

Or it could be that the seller doesn't know how to use their camera.

FWIW, the color looks more creamy than green on my Pantone calibrated monitor.

Yeah, eBay photos can certainly be all over the place

If I were really interested in spending any real amount of money trying to buy it, I might have done just that. However, I'm not too worried about someone else buying it... for a couple of reasons. Mainly, IME things don't go by unnoticed in the hone/straight razor department in the first place. I think Lynn said it pretty well in his video, that there are very few good hone deals on ebay. That hone is probably going to go like the old Greaves I was bidding on the other day; it's gonna not do a whole lot, then jump up in the triple digits with six seconds on the clock. I know how online auctions go. Besides, I just bought an Llyn Idwal, so my "random money for buying more hones/razors I don't need" is a little slim right now... plus Idwal = close enough. haha
Posting it on here was really more because I didn't understand what I was seeing. That seller constantly has alleged CF's for sale, and I can't understand why he would miss this one, which... at least from what my eyes are telling me (and apparently what most other's eyes are telling them) clearly is a real CF. I dunno... just seems a little baffling.

What Piet was trying to tell you was that you have put everyone else on notice of it. As you say it may have been noticed by some already, and because of that, it was possible that members here were bidding or watching it with a view to buying it. Your indirect promotion will likely increase the price, which is a little unfair on those who do want it, even more so that you didn't even want it yourself!

And forget descriptions. Look at substance, not form.

I should add that it would have been far easier to google 'Charnley Forest' if indeed that was your suspicion, than to start this thread, the result of which would have yielded many similarities to said hone while certainly being of greater ease and etiquette.
I think there's a definite false assumption that I said I was bidding on this thing that needs to be cleared up. I am not. Read above post.

in that case, for all those who did want it... who are now going to have to cough up several hundred thousand dollars just to sniff the place where this hone used to lie, because without my mentioning it, none of the few hundred hone customers this guys had would have ever noticed it: "Welcome to the world of Ebay, and subsequently, life."
