The end right stone is the one ibought from a seller on Ebay and it is ultra hard , jasper like , amazing finisher
I can hardly raise slurry from it wit my worn 220 DMT - it takes a minute and more to raise light slurry . Does not take watter at all .White - welloy slurry very fast and brutal cutter slurry darkens in secinds and very fine No Su or small holes , some very small goma seed patern Top class
The secong from right to left is a Metalmaster stone , ill say that is between 3.5 and 4 but levell for is very generous - he overrate the stone . It is very smooth and fine , drinks watter like crazy . Very good prefinisher snd can finish a razor with certain technique . Very fast on medium hardness and stainless steels , and on carbon steels
Not so fast on Yapi razor steel and rusian steels .Pretty esy to cut with my bandsaw wood chain so i cut a tomo nagura out of it . I canot scratch the first stone unfortunately ha ha ah to cut tomo from it . Welloy slurry ,with a pink hint or a pinkish - welloy color , pasty and smooth slurry , and very user frendly , as sir Alex like to say . It is load with ultra fine Su and it is hole Nashiji patern
Carasu is fast and smooth prefinisher , brutal stone cut every kind of steel good and can finish a razor very good
It has white - slurry with a gray tint in it , very good and agresive stone It har some ultra fine su al oner the carasu stone
The last kiita is thrue levell 4 and it is very pure and fast stone - cuts every steel and it is amazing pre and finisher stone . It is 4 mm thick so it is glued to a padle board .Welloy slurry and very agresive cutter .It has slight nashiji patern at one end and a ultra fine Su on the surface They are both with carasu old stock stones i gues
