ok that makes sense......and is 100% correct. it takes the correct mixture of those variables to sharpen anything.

+1...There have been valid and strongly made points on both sides of this discussion, which is what it is and should continue to be...Not an argument! A wise person once said: 'Honing a razor is easy...until it isn't'!
