I got this Thuri from my uncle and tried it on this Economy. I got the scope out and decided it wasn't meeting the bevel on one side.
Did the Norton 1000/4000/ 8000 progression and tried it again.

FBU on Shapton GS500, 1k, 2k (HR), 4k, 8k (HC), Wakasa Jnat with tomo slurry.
Love shaving with this fella', freaks me how something so old can be so good !

Honed up this Kropp 7/8ths today.
It needed some slight restoration .
Light rust on the spine and general mank.
I cleaned the scales with alcohol swabs and used 1200k glass paper on the blade , followed by Mass .
Also used some toothpaste in the tang pin area .
It does need some more attention but I don't have the time to strip it rite now and I want to test the edge.
Also the heel could do with a visit to the Dremel . The photo makes it look worse than it is .
One layer of tape left it with a tiny bevel.
1k then a full Nagura progression.
The edge seems as keen as keen gets. I have to wait until next weekend to test it though , drat
