Got six done on my Naniwas in this session.

1. Morris Red Imp wedge. This razor was my first restoration. It was also one of my first attempts at honing and it hasn't seen a hone since. Kinda funny to look at it under a loupe.

2. Wostenholm IXL faux frameback. I'm expecting greatness

3. Hoffritz 1/4 hollow. This one should be good too.

4. JA Henckels 4/8. I'm not too big on smaller blades like this. There's jus not enough weight there. This thing was ground perfectly though. A pleasure to hone.

5. J. Stoll solingen "HARMONIE". Another little guy. Honing for someone else.

6. Sanssouci looks like a bit over 6/8. Very nice grind on this one. Good weight to it too. This one looks like it'll be a good shaver.

When I first started honing I discovered that CroOx really made a big difference in my routine. I just kept using it after that because it "improved my edges". For the last couple of weeks I've been stropping on CroOx midway through my test shaves and discovered that it's actually having a negative affect(IMO). Looking at my old edge on the Red Imp it was clear to see that it was smoothing out my not so great bevels when I was new to honing. Now that I have much more experience I don't see much need to continue using it.
