Here are the Photos...

first the result from some laps on the DMT-E


Then I did quite some laps on the BBW



And them a hundred laps on the coticule




Do I see a double bevel after the coticule or can that be the result of the TPT I did? its only on the tip actualy..

This evening I will give it a go..

That looks like a double bevel.

hi are you using tape?
if yes you have to leave tape alone untill you done with blade.i mean if you use 2 layers of tape don't touch them leave them in there .when you use dmt,bbw.belgian yellow etc.
Edge doesn't look like shave ready .
Please make another picture a litle better one and answer above question then lets see what we can say

i did check pictures agian
it seems like edge same after dmt and bbw then when you went to yellow coticle you have change something?what is it?

Looking at the pictures, I'd say the problem comes from not enough laps on the DMT. Look closely: there is already a double bevel after the BBW. And if you look really close, after the DMT there seems to be a tiny little bit of a double bevel. I'm guessing he would have needed a few more laps on the DMT.

You are right it wasnt shave ready. I did try it and it is getting better every time so there is still quite some progress..

I didnt do too many laps on the DMT So it could be that the double bevel was already there. Althouch I only saw it after the coticule which seems to have polished the bevel closed to the edge.

I didnt use tape so maybe I put too much pressure on the blade? I only put a finger on the blad to keep it flat on the hone.. cant imagine I flexed it that much doing that..

Maybe this wedge is just beond my noob knowledge...and I should let it lay down for a while until I get more experience and know what I'm doing.. or throw in the towel on this one..
But its not all bad news today...

I honed the Dorko I got today(http://straightrazorpalace.com/show-...something.html) and that was easy peasy.. honed it stropped it shaved with it...
