    Yes it is 8X3 and came from Howard at Perfect Edge. I bought it from a forum member who didn't like it. He said it didn't make his edges 'scary sharp' like a shapton 16k. It is the best one I have. The biggest is this one it is 10x2 1/2 and a darn good hone. Vintage too.
