    Pretty dumb statement huh ????
I guess in a pinch you could use a Guitar as a Violin but hey that ain't what it has been carefully designed to do over many years of craftsmanship

That is in essence the same as what you are saying defined in your area of expertise

-A Lady back in the green room: "Maestro Heifetz, your violin sounded wonderful tonight!"
    - Mr Heifetz: (Picking up his violin out of it´s case and holding it close to his ears: "Strange, I don´t hear a thing..."

    What are you talking about?

Perhaps you didn't understand the point that I was making?

What I was saying, is that a sharp edge will technically shave your beard (be it a straight razor, a kitchen knife, spoon, or your sharp wit if you try hard enough), however, a sharper edge (or shave ready edge) will do a better and closer job of it.

Now I grovel at the foot of no man, but I watched the video again and have to say this:

It's a two year old thread that has been rehashed more than once. Lock it up. Enough said.
