Thread: I think I finally got a good edge from a coti!

OK, I read the threads. The "shaving off 1k" helped a lot gain confidence.

I have a Cerax 1k-3k combo. I concentrated on the bevel setting. Now I have my best edge, off the 3k, easy HHT3-4. Unbelievable.

I hope I won't screw it.

I used this razor again today, and I think it may be getting better as it's being stropped more (which most edges do anyway).

The edge is definitely getting better. I could easily shave with this edge forever without any qualms if it were all there was. This is the best edge I've gotten from a coticule thus far, but there's definitely some room for improvement. I've got a few ideas for things to try, so I'll keep at it and report back as I continue experimenting.
