Thanked: 1936Welcome to the club! At least you didn't bust the blade...I have more than once. I'm glad you can save it. I normally start repairing an edge like that on the DMT and hone it like a knife holding up the spine at about a 45 degree angle, then go to the stones with three layers of tape...faster this way.
