Hey Phrank - it's the BF3 Dark Talon.
EXTREMA RATIO KNIVES DIVISION
Yeah the blade is 120mm or 4.7" - but I don't remember the carry laws back home. I think Toronto might even have their own laws with respect to carry knives. Not sure anymore.
You could see if LeBarons could pick one up for you?
I got mine here:
Shop for Benchmade, Spyderco, ESEE & major brand knives at Knifeworks.com - Search
I am pretty sure they ship north.
The link below is from what I understand, one of America's certified vendors - the prices are a little better - if they can't ship, I am sure they would let you know where you could order one in Canada:
XtremeKnives.com KNIVES WITH DISCOUNTED PRICES! FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING FOR USA AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
Good Luck!David

Here are my common use knives. The Snap On by Kershaw was a gift from my brother and has been heavily used for the past 5 years. The M-16 CRK I got just after boot camp and is my EDC for the past 3 years when I'm not belted up. The Kabar is my EDC in the field and not pictured is the Mini Kabar same as the full size that I EDC for work which stays at work.Last edited by BotterbrodtGE; 11-21-2014 at 05:49 AM.

Thanked: 4206I have had a Tim Leatherman tool on my hip since 1984. My first was the PST.
Have/had the SuperTool, Wave, Charge, and Surge.
Currently the Charge TI is my daily blade.
As John said, great company, great tool..
Takes a great edge, and lasts,,,, until stolen, or dropped in a lake..

The most difficult thing about EDC,,, is deciding what to carry on any particular day,,,
