Thanked: 2284TC, we were at Target yesterday and a guy about my age, basketball shorts, Tee shirt, backwards hat and a Glock dangling off his shorts for all the world to see. I was a little shocked. I showed the whole family and we were all a little breath taken.
Here in Canada, to even own a pistol, you first need a PAL license which is a day course. This allows you to acquire and poses shotguns and rifles with barrel lengths above 18".
If you want a hand gun or an AR15 you need your restricted license, which is another day course. Then, the only time you can use it is is at a range, and you cannot stray from your route to the range while driving with it in the car.
Do these guys who open carry, or conceal carry need any special licensing?Last edited by HARRYWALLY; 03-15-2016 at 01:50 AM.

Thanked: 1936It's a state by state thing, each state has it's own rules...which I don't necessarily agree with since we are the same country.
