Essentially it was talking about training you body and gaining strength in such a way as to put all them Parkour and Free Runners to shame. One day I hope to be able to throw myself around like all you skinny blokes, but in the mean time, I'll just be like this little bloke here---->

I've not heard bad things about them mate, if that helps.

Yes, Mick, I do from time to time. My son is a Master Personal Trainer, and he always talks about full body functional exercises, in fact his business is called Move Naturally. He hardly ever wears shoes, he'll even go for a walk in a forest bare foot. he says shoes are bad for our back and our posture.

So the practice run went well? Can you remember what you are supposed to do? And yes reading what you have just written you are drunk.

I used to watch a show called dual survival, no not duel survival. And the guy who did not wear shoes or long trousers consistantly slowed the other guy down. But I am sure that in a survival situation where you had no shoes he would come out best.

Yeah but he isn't a Tribal Aboriginal. Now those blokes wouldn't slow anyone down barefoot. I think they would out do any pair of hobnail boots you care to wear.

Carl the business that was being talked about on the AoM site is called 'MovNat'. Any connection to your son at all?

I have a sandalwood cologne, I really quite like it. Bayrums are basically aftershaves aren't they? All this stuff still confuses me.

I wear it like an aftershave, maybe it's just an ointment for the aftershave to go onto, but it definitely can be used as an aftersahve.

bayrum used to be rum mixed with bay leaves and various other spices. now though it is made with denatured alcohol mixed with fragrance/essential oils to recreate the same smell. the amount of oils used determine whether it is aftershave, cologne or eau de toilette
