Sorry got a bit carried away, I am not even Welsh, but I am half Irish. And I lived pretty close to Wales for a long time.

Don't think anyone's going to mind Ed :P Your Irish? Just across the pond really then aren't you, not far at all, always wanted to visit Ireland funnilly enough! I think by train from my home town to get to Cork it's only £40, can't really go wrong.

My dad (well sperm donor to all intents and purposes) was from southern Ireland ( cork I think), so rchnically I am half Irish, but I don't think I can really claim the lineage, dont want to fall into the plastic paddy camp.

I wonder what an actual Russian would translate that as. Speaking of online translators, in my last job I had to try and contact a customer, after calling the number I had for them, a Spanish lady answered, so I managed a conversation of sorts using the online translator to do the work, it was painful, but I am pretty sure I found out how to contact who I was after.

I was just observing that sometimes online translators give a weird version of what you are trying to say, something like good morning man peter.
Wasn't being rude, just a poor attempt at humour. Nice to see you round and about, outside the kitchen and smoking room steph.
