Matt;
Welcome to the SRP Forum!
I know you are probably already familiar with the site, but I am going to give you my standard welcome. Tell us what items that you have in your kit and as always pictures help.
Here is a link to the SRP Beginners Guide to Straight Shaving. This will help you with the things you need to know before you begin your experience with a straight razor.
Here is a link to the SRP Library. This will help you with pretty much anything relating to shaving with a straight razor.
Here is a link that will help you find other SRP members in your area, just insert your location and hit search now. Note that the user name listing in red is a mentor, if you should need any personal help.
Welcome to the world of straight razor shaving!
Regards;

Thanked: 0Thank you so much Lex. I am unable to supply pictures cause I'm waiting for everything to come in.but i had made a list a couple of replys ago. If unable to view it please let me know and I'd gladly re do it. The only thing I'm lacking is a strop. And I'm going to have to sit, think and write out all the questions i have. So that segment will come at a later time haha
