I can't believe I forgot to mention that Thai food has to be one of the best cuisines going. Some local restaurant owners have parents over there in their mid 90's still moving around and enjoying life. Happiness plus delicious, healthy food seems to be key to that longevity.

Welcome John. Lots of good info in the Library section. This group is great about answering your questions and imparting their knowledge. I'd probably be a good idea to find a member in your area for some one on one mentoring.
