I'm liking the glass dome. What was its original function, do you know?

I found it at Michael's, and it was part of the "floral" section. I expected to find it in crafts (like to display little creations or whatever), but there it was. $11.99 then 40% off, so like 8 bucks.

Wine boxes are always good news, but this one is even slightly better than usual! It contains my Shaptons and some basic honing gear.

Looks like the domes on alot of older clocks. My grandparents had one, it should be in a box somewhere...

Looks a lot like this one

Sorry so late to get back. It was a general purpose dome from Hobby Lobby. It came with a wooden base that needed to have a whole put in the middle to set the toothbrush holder into. to give the longer tail razors more room. Still haven't made a decent shave brush holder yet.
"The needs of the many out way the needs of the few or the one." Only if the 'few' or the 'one' are/is offering themselves (thru freewill) for the sacrifice. And not thru force from the 'many'.
