Very cool story about the liberation Bill.
Seeing that it was mom & dad's honeymoon it's meaningful too.
They make a perfect pair.
As I used my snurdler, I realized rather quickly that I needed another tool to scrape the soap off of the snurdler and into the bowl. The softer the soap the more the scraper is needed. If I try to remove the soap from the snurdler with my fingers, I end up making a mess and might as well have snurdled the soap out of it's container just using my fingers.
The fix for me is using a narrow plastic cocktail stirrer I call the "soap flicker." It has worked great for me and I no longer get soap all over my fingers.
You're lucky. You have a mated pair right from the start.

Yeah, I usually just rake the snurd off on the edge of my bowl and use the snurdler to flick it into the bottom.

I rest my case.

Thanked: 17This hobby stinks. I've been at it for maybe 7 years. Razors, soaps, croaps, cremes, brushes, strops, etc. I thought I had explored every rabbit hole.
Now it turns how I need a snurdler which will lead to more snurdlers..and I'm getting sucked into another whole.

I looked....the smallest ice-cream scoop with the fliver to dump out the contents is 1 inch. Too big, I suppose!
If someone made a 3/8 one, we would all buy one!"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

Thanked: 4826It takes a pretty small amount of soap to make a bowl or scuttle full of lather. Give it a shot. If you wind up with enough lather for three shaves you know it is way too big.
It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!
