Thanked: 556Every time I see the word “snurdler” I chuckle. When I saw the title for this thread, I laughed out loud.
What I get from the usage on SRP is that snurdle might be a dollop of shaving soap or cream, but it might also be a verb as in “He tried to snurdle some shaving cream into a bowl”. And, a snurdler might be a tool you use to measure out a snurdle, or it might be a person who regularly snurdles.
Does anyone know the origin of the word?David

Gee, that one is not even rusty! I passed the snurdler mantle to Roy.
I chop the blade off 2 inches long and hit the bench grinder with a fine stone. Grind the edge up until like the spine.
Then dig in and shape it. A little 600 on a Dremel wheel to smooth things out.
Lots of Buffer, Black compound."Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

This "pull out your snurdler", let alone suggesting use of a grindwheel and a Dremel is making me think I need to talk to a counselor...

That's the one I was looking for again. Found the OED version to post earlier.

I'm not cool enough to use a snurdler; in any case, I normally load the brush out of the original container and face-lather.
But if your urban dictionary definition applies, a snurdler would have a field day in my house between me and my dog. And I just made a pot of chili with beans haha!

My plan is to use the Snurdler when dealing with samples. When i have a jar or cup of soap i work from the container. But thats not possible when you have a sample in a container the size of a quarter!
Plus, why not! It's just Sharpening, right?
