Default Final Pics of Shave Den

Ok I have the pics of the finished product. Minwax pickled oak finish and two coats of semi-gloss polyurethane.

Please note that my razor collection has grown since the last time I posted pics. Gotta do something about that RAD

Wow that looks great! I would love something like that, but perhaps with a cover of some sort to keep little fingers safe. Great job!

Thanks. I don't have kids young enough to watch out for or else I would have extended the sides and put a door on it.

That looks hot, well done! Its obvious that RAD has not begun to set in, too many empty slots left in the cabinet. Its when you have to rotate the stuff in the cabinet with the stuff in the shoebox(s) periodically that constitutes RAD.

You're right, I think I counted at least 12 empty slots. Seriously, though, a very good-looking den there.

    My dear David:

Oh, what fine work. Your shave den is organized, functional and, most of all, pleasing to the eye. Such talent.

    Regards,

    That's outstanding!

    Love it.

Just be sure to treat them well, especially if it gets humid when talking a hot steaming shower. Humidity is enemy nr 1.
