    Default salsa dish

Eating chips and salsa the other evening I got to looking at the dish and thought hmmm, that might make a good shaving bowl. I ask the waitress where I could get one and she said walmart. So I picked one up yesterday. It was cheap ($1.50) and comes in several colors. It worked great tonight, its got just a little texture in it and the top is just a little smaller than the middle and seemed to keep all the lather in the bowl and not up on the rim. Believe it or not it's made in the good old USA.Name: IMG00832-20120405-2114.jpg

Nice find! How is it to hold? Or do you make your lather on the counter, vs your hand?

It would be nice if it had a handle but its small enough that I can hold it just fine. A person with a small hand might have a problem. I loaded my brush then swirled the brush around in the bowl and had plenty of lather. Works better than the shaving mug I've been using.

Call me cheap but I cant poop my money off on fancy scuttles and mugs, I gotta save my coin for important stuff like women, whiskey and straight razors!

That's a great idea. I might have to swing by the mart and pick one up to give it a go. If I don't personally like it I'm only out a couple bucks and I can still use it for it's originally intended purpose.

Its not the most attractive thing to use I'll agree. But for the money so what! And yeah you can always use it for its intended purpose or a dog or cat food bowl.

Great find... the question that comes to mind is: Where do I get Cilantro Soap?
