    The only thing I see mising is some freshground black pepper especially on the eggs.

    Chicken fried steak with peppered country gravy. Scrambled eggs with American cheese, potato hash browns, fried in a bit of bacon grease, dusted with garlic salt

    Made fried grits for the first time. Tasted good but more time to do than I thought and I made quite a mess!
