    Simple but perfect,......
sausages, fried mushrooms and onion dill fried eggs. The eggs were right in the zone for my taste. Just the right in the middle amount of hard to runny yolk And of course a big wonderful cuppa Yorkshire Gold. Comfort. And Hobbit approved. I also had a good briar puff afterwards.

I stumbled upon this and thought that the presentation of the egg was way cool!

Made a 3 egg omelette for brunch today. Inside the omeltte was a healthy helping of shaved Tuscan ham topped with a little thin sliced Genoa salami and thin sliced smoked Provolone cheese. Place on top of 2 hash brown potatoe patties. I cheated and used these frozen hash browns https://global.cavendishfarms.com/en...brown-patties/ .

With the exception of the smoked salmon that looks awesome.

    What's a butter boiled egg?
