    Todays breakfast was ..........Fried pork roast and brown mushrooms and a fried egg broken with a big ol cuppa Yorkshire tea. Deelish !

    Kodiak cakes (whole grain 21 g O proteins)almond butter with a super light drizzle of Steens cane syrup,sausage,strawberries and a big cuppa Yorkshire tea ahhhhhhhhhhh...........

    Scrambled egg, in which I specialize .
    Buttered toast with a tiny amount of soft cheese and a crumpet .

    Do other countries have Crumpets?

    Pancake,crumpet,scone, biscuit or toast, or good eastern Rye.........all that is bread and whole grain is good.
