    Well you could get some apples and stew them the same way and Pillsbury is yer friend in a pinch so just saying....there is a silver lining. I would never shoot a man without weighing the alternative first.

    That being said, I have a bag of frozen Blue berries in the fridge and when I get to the store,pilsbury is gonna be my friend in a pinch. So far 2018 is workin out.

    Well I may have to pick up some apples and do just that. However my Christmas present from my youngest daughter was homemade Apple Butter--I had some on toast this morning along with a sunny side up egg--She done good!

    Sorry but as Leora said; Huckleberries taste like what Blueberries ought to.

    left over spanish rice and beans with shredded beef mixed with churizo and buttery scrambled eggs, even a fried plantain with a piece of pineapple corn bread to make it complete...
