    Roy brought this up Off Topic and I had to give it a try.

    Egg Butter. Just hard boiled eggs and butter. Definitely needs salt and pepper to taste. I wonder how a little crumbled bacon added would taste?

    Not an everyday thing for me but not bad.

    As I'd posted--it's nothing 'GREAT' but it's decent. Probably what would be called 'Peasant Food' these days.

    I agree a little salt and pepper would be a nice addition and as it's been said "Everything Goes Better With Bacon"

    Breakfast was simple---a fried egg, country style hash browns and some fried homemade smoked pork shoulder.

    Left over ham from last Thursday night again. Marmite hidden in the toast.

    I need to work on my plating and light box!

    Breakfast was simple country fare;

    Sunny side up eggs, homemade Canadian Bacon and Yukon gold hash-browns.

    All ready to take to the table to join the apple juice.
