Well I do believe that I see a bit of the omelet sticking out of both ends.

I'm wondering if it's a Texas style chili (only meat and no beans) or a Yankee style Chili Con Carne which has both meat and beans that's on top of the omelet.

I also found the video quite interesting.

I had Breakfast for Supper tonight using my home cured and smoked bacon. See Here:

Also some of Tc's family recipe for Irish Soda Bread that's toasted a bit with some homemade strawberry jam.

Not to shabby. Not too salty, a bit sweet and a real nice smoke flavor. I'm going to play a bit more before I try to do a couple of sides as that's Big $$$$'s --

You got your chili's mixed up though Chile con Carne means chile with meat where chili is Yankee chili with beans and in some cases other stuff as well. Like in Cincinnati where skylines chili has beans and cinnamon of all things in it. But they like it and it's famous there. Denver believe it or not is noted for green Chile and every Diner in town will gladly drown your grub in it if you request it. SAM'S No.3 diners got noted on Diners, Drive ins and Divesfor it and it's durn good

Here's a very popular canned chili here in the Northwest--Notice the Name and description.

If my mother were to purchase a premade chili it was Always this one. Guess that's where I get my 'Chili Con Carne' from.
