Sorry, not the food. An antibiotic capsule taken once or twice a day. The PB&J is soul food for me. The rest of my diet is heavily vegetable with small amounts of protein and is for controlling type 2 Diabetes. Again, not a severe case and I have it under control by diet and exercise. Now I'm hungry, Greek yogurt time.
