    Glen, would that be an induction cooktop you're using or a standard electric? I tried searching to see if you'd ever mentioned it but got no result.

    Just a standard Electric Flat Top

    Still hoping that a Gas Stove is in the future

    You'll enjoy it, Gas is the business. We have only one cylinder so we buy a refill whenever it gets near to running out - that's about every two years! The gas is only used for the cooktop.

    One of the few things that this house has right, is the ability to use Gas or 220V in the Kitchen and the Laundry

    Well while I've only be a guest there in the Boonies of Idaho and haven't actually 'lived there', I found many things 'right' during my visit about your home. Most of all my HOSTS! :

    After dinner Sunday night the wife and I took a short walk, she had found 2 Morel's we found quite a few more without really having to look that hard



    Tuesday night's dinner

    12" Lodge Cast Iron for the "Shooms" sauteed in Garlic, Butter, EVOO, and Merlot

    10" Lodge Griddle pan for the Tops







    So freaking good with the Morel's
