Yup, I boil the balsamic vinegar down for 30 minutes to thicken it up and bump up the zing. It’s good to dip the lamb in as well.
Bread gets a slight dusting of kosher salt before baking, and with the drizzle, pure indulgence.
Not shown, but dessert was a local dairy’s Christmas themed ice cream. Kawartha Dairy candy cane and chocolate chip swirl.
    All good on a Sunday.

    That’s the stuff.
“Premium” ice cream it really is.
Their headquarters is in Bobcageon Ontario.
Where our family cottage is, and where the ice cream is so very very inexpensive at the factory..
mmmmm, always try to have a tub of theirs in the freezer.

Not all that far from Walla Walla is the Tillamock Chees Factory. Many years ago my family and I visited it and you could watch at least part of the process.

At the time it was stated that Tillamock used 80% of all milk produced in Oregon State, and that was before they started making Ice Cream.

    I hope all will enjoy:

This one is about the Ice Cream-

End cuts may not be "pretty" but they taste the same to me in a grilled cheese sandwich.
